Mid carol (!) at St. Michael's Christmas 2017
...an afternoon concert at St. Michael's, Colehill, on Sunday 15th April 2018. It was a great success, with nearly a full church. We sang the full range of song from a 13th century motet to a piece written just last year for the PRAMA 35th anniversary concert in the Minster. We had three accomplished soloists from Dorset Rural Music School in Blandford: Robert (piano), with Lydia (Flute) and Rob (Baritone) accompanied by Dr. Richard Hall on the piano. The retiring collection raised £400 for St. Michael's and DRMS. A lovely afternoon finished with tea and cake in the hall.
...and a lunchtime recital at St. Peter's Church, Bournemouth on Wednesday 9th May 2018.

Canzonetta's sister group Wimborne Voices was established in 2009. Directed by Jackie March, we are an a cappella ensemble performing at lunch clubs, afternoon clubs, flower festivals, charity concerts, lunchtime recitals, weddings, Mothers Union, WI and events throughout East Dorset. We perform our own arrangements of songs spanning five centuries, from baroque to sacred and folk to twentieth century favourites. We also have a large song list for the Christmas season and we perform in the region of twenty gigs or so each year.
Wimborne Voices is a not-for-profit organisation. All fees and donations go to our chosen charity which, for 2017-18, is Parkinson's UK . If you would like more information please send us a message via the Contact Us page. We would love to hear from you.
